INSIDE OUR PROGRAM

DISCIPLINE

Every parent want their kids to behave but sometimes kids are kids and depending how many kids are in one room is difficult to have them following order. Don’t worry we have a system that will help them stay sharp during the class and may help you at home with their behavior.

RESPECT

This is very important everywhere you go, respect others but also respect yourself. Sometime kids go through so much depending their life situation that they stop having respect for others, but when they start losing respect for themselves that is when things get serious. We can manage that by teaching them that TaeKwon-Do is a beautiful martial art but in order for them to succeed and get better they need to respect their partners, when they realize working with a partner they can achieve great things they start respecting themselves helping them to become a more calmed child.

FOCUS

Does your child have problem following directions and paying attention? We know, we have students same age as yours and believe us, we know is a challenge. With our experience and patience we are able to manage and control their Focus in certain areas of the class. Of course kids are kids and they like to play but one thing they learn is that when the instructor is giving them direction they should listen and focus. We can handle it.

SELF-CONTROL

Children are full of energy and when they get bored they can’t control that energy and start looking for attention or something that keeps them busy. This is why you need to have your child in our program; control is one of the aspect they need to learn in order to become better listeners, better followers and better leaders. Also when they become teenagers they will already know how to control themselves in-front of others or in difficult situations.

BALANCE

We have all kind of exercises that will help the child improve their balance. This not only going to help them perform their kicks better but also avoid injuries at school and other areas where they may fall. We also teach the kids how to do basic break falls so they don’t get injured. Kids have fun while doing this and sometimes they don’t even notice they are learning.

MEMORY

Kids are awesome at remembering things and memorizing, we want to take advantage of that by teaching them Korean language, blocks, kicks and techniques that eventually will help them when they start the ITF Program.
