  • Extensive Physical Exercise
  • Self-Defense
  • Patterns
  • Competition in tournaments
  • Training Seminars
  • Travel outside the State

Our Taekwon-Do program follows General Choi philosophy and techniques including the so debatable SineWave. But our program is not only pure kicking and punching it involves more than that. We like to cover every aspect of the Taekwon-Do so the student understand that is a complete martial art. Our program is different than the Taekwon-Do you may know here in Orlando, because our goal is to expand the traditional art as it is and nothing less. We are very particular in the way we advance our students in their ranks and in the way we teach Taekwon-Do.

BELT REQUIREMENTS

Colored Belt promotions for our ITF Taekwon-Do program are generally on Saturday. This allow the student to be fresh and out of any school or work distraction in most of the cases, this also allow the student to bring their family to be part of their belt promotion. We do not test students every month or every two month like other schools, we evaluate the student when we think they are ready and they know the material for their belt. Our belt promotions are between 3 to 6 months depending the rank and requirements.

Students must train regularly, at least 3 times a week and test on time; they will be eligible for Junior Black Belt in roughly 3 years, however we cannot guarantee when or if a student will earn his/her black belt. We can only guarantee that the instructor will be with that student every step of the way, train and guide the student that is really up to the challenge on earning that belt.

A true Grandmaster is a person who starts the arts at a very young age and continues it until their body no longer allows it. Then they still contribute mentally to the art. - General Choi Hong Hi
